Description

A tall rectangular canister for tea ranges

RE-0024 measures 88 × 66 × 162 mm externally. The tall rectangular body offers four organized branding panels and a shelf-efficient footprint for loose-leaf tea, coffee or selected dry-product inner packs. Net weight cannot be inferred from outside dimensions because leaf style, roast, grind, bulk density and settling behavior change the required volume and headspace.

Confirm fill volume and the moisture-protection target

Share a product sample, target fill volume, bulk-density data or pouch dimensions. Tea or coffee may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, sachet, liner or another approved inner pack. Junmei confirms the coating and supporting documents for the intended contents and market. The existing fit-lid direction, opening experience and moisture target are checked using an agreed sample, method and acceptance criteria; the customer or filler normally completes filling and final closure.

Coordinate panel artwork and upright packing

The tall faces support clear flavor and origin systems, while corners, the body seam, curls and lid overlap define safe areas. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and formed details are reviewed on the approved dieline. Carton orientation, stacking, top protection and surface separation should account for the canister height and approved filled weight rather than a generic carton estimate.

Prepare a quote-ready tea brief

Send tea or coffee samples, fill data, contact route, quantity by artwork, finish, target market, packing and destination. Compare custom tea tin canisters and rectangular tin boxes, review custom tin development, or submit RE-0024 with your RFQ.
