Description

A compact square tin for pocket-size products

SQU-001 has external dimensions of 50 × 50 × 20 mm. The balanced square footprint can suit mints, small solid cosmetic pieces or promotional samples where a reusable pocket pack is preferred. The listed size does not confirm internal clearance, piece count or opening space, so the real contents and intended loading direction must be reviewed.

Confirm contact, count and lid clearance

Share piece dimensions, count, wrapping and the preferred contact method. Mints may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or insert. Junmei confirms the contact route, coating and target-market documents for the project. The existing fit-lid direction is checked on the approved sample for retention, opening feel and clearance; a more specific closure is not claimed without confirmation.

Keep small-panel artwork readable and durable

A compact lid places logos and required copy close to formed edges, curls and lid overlap. Artwork-safe areas, type size and registration should be checked on the approved dieline. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish and metallic effects are reviewed after forming. Pocket handling can increase surface rubbing, so finish expectations, individual separation and carton orientation should match the intended use and distribution route.

Prepare a quote-ready square mint brief

Send the mint or inner-pack size, count, contact route, quantity by artwork, finish, market, packing and delivery plan. Compare custom mint tin boxes and square tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit SQU-001 with your RFQ.
