Description
A round gift format for chocolate assortments
JM-CHO-001 measures Ø160 × 58 mm externally. The shallow round footprint can support wrapped chocolates, cups, a fitted tray or a project-specific direct-contact arrangement while presenting a broad lid for seasonal or premium branding. Outside dimensions do not establish a fixed piece count or net weight; chocolate size, wrapping, tray wall, rows and required headspace must be evaluated together.
Approve the packout with real chocolates and inserts
Chocolate may contact a project-selected interior coating directly or use an inner bag, liner, paper, tray, cup or insert. Send product samples and the proposed arrangement so Junmei can review cavity size, finger clearance, top protection, lid engagement and product movement. Temperature control, recipe stability and final shelf-life validation remain with the customer or filling partner. Transport checks use the approved filled configuration and agreed criteria.
Control the round artwork and repeat-order versions
The lid provides the main visual field, while curves, curls, lid overlap and the body seam define safe zones for fine copy and registration. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on a formed sample. For holiday, retailer or flavor variants, Junmei can manage artwork codes, quantity by version, retained samples and color references for repeat-order control.
Prepare a quote-ready chocolate-tin brief
Send chocolate samples, layout or tray drawing, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, market, packing and destination. Compare custom chocolate tin boxes and round tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit JM-CHO-001 with your RFQ.
