A large seasonal format for visible assortments
SPS-080 measures 260 × 260 × 48 mm externally. Its large shallow special-shaped body can support confectionery, multi-item gifts or holiday assortments where the lid carries a strong seasonal story. Outside dimensions do not establish piece count, usable contour, layer height or filled rigidity, so a full assortment and packout plan is needed before approval.
Engineer the assortment and transport protection
Share product dimensions, weights, wrapping, count and opening sequence. Depending on the contents, Junmei can evaluate inner bags, paper, cups, trays, dividers, liners, pads, precision inserts and custom cards. Headspace, lid clearance, product movement and outer-carton support are reviewed together. Drop or vibration verification should use the approved filled configuration and project-specific acceptance criteria.
Lock seasonal artwork and capacity windows early
The broad lid creates a high-impact print area, while the special outline, curls and lid overlap define safe zones and handling risks. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing are checked on the formed sample. Multiple holidays, retailers or regional versions require an artwork matrix, quantities and retained references. Junmei can coordinate capacity around the customer’s annual purchasing cycle once tooling, samples, packaging and approvals are confirmed.
