A traditional sweet. A recognisable identity.
Silver Rewari supplied complete artwork for a gift pack built around its Multani Sohan Halwa identity. A deep blue background, silver-coloured floral border and central product image needed to remain recognisable across two square formats. The tin was intended for festive gifting, retail presentation and export packaging.

Behind the finish.
Printing, forming, inspection and packing—documented through the production sequence.
Printing & reflective detail
The decorative border and brand panel had to read clearly alongside the holographic effect. Dark ink coverage, print alignment and the way the surface reflected light were key review points. Forming added another consideration: the printed design needed to sit correctly on the finished lid and body.
Forming the square tin
Junmei checked the supplied artwork, colour references and placement before printing. The specified exterior combined white ink and four-colour printing with metallic areas and a holographic effect; the interior received a gloss varnish. During forming, checks focused on the square corners, base, rolled edges and fit between the lid and body.
Finishing & inspection
The production photographs show printed sheets, forming operations and decorated tins. Quality checks covered colour, pattern clarity, surface appearance and lid fit. Finished tins were cleaned and individually protected in OPP bags, with the specifications and quantities checked during packing. The final packaging used no insert: the sweets were held in their own inner bags.
Protection through packing
Individual protective bags and carton packing form the final part of the production sequence. Packing checks covered the tin specifications, quantity and carton identification.
