Description
A slim coffee canister with a two-component lid direction
JM-COF-003 measures Ø75 × 184 mm externally. Its slender cylindrical body can suit coffee beans, ground coffee or a customer-specified inner pouch while using limited shelf width. The manufacturing reference shows an inner-lid and outer-lid direction; final component construction, clearance and engagement must be confirmed from the selected tooling and approved sample.
Confirm fill volume before approving lid clearance
Provide coffee samples, target fill volume, bulk density, pouch dimensions and any scoop requirement. Direct contact with a project-selected coating or an inner bag or liner can be evaluated. The inner-lid removal space, headspace and customer filling sequence must work together. Junmei normally supplies empty tins; nitrogen flushing, vacuum treatment, filling and final closure remain with the customer or filling partner.
Protect the tall finish through filling and export
The narrow body provides a vertical brand panel but requires control around the body seam, curvature and lid overlap. Printing, metallic effects, matte finishes and embossing are checked on the formed sample. The filled weight and high center of gravity determine carton orientation, separators, top support and stacking. Individual surface protection should also reflect the customer’s filling-line handling.
Prepare a quote-ready slim-canister brief
Send coffee or pouch data, fill volume, lid-component needs, quantity by artwork, finish, filling route, packing and destination. Compare custom coffee tins and slim round canisters, review custom tin solutions, or submit JM-COF-003 with your RFQ.
