Description
A special-shaped tin for branded campaign packs
SPS-043 measures 153 × 102 × 100 mm externally and uses a custom-fit lid matched to its formed geometry. The format can support branded kits, gift components or promotional packs where a standard rectangle would not create the required presentation. The exact silhouette, usable space and lid relationship follow the approved drawing and sample.
Engineer the kit, insert and opening sequence together
Provide each component’s dimensions, weight, orientation and intended removal order. Junmei can evaluate trays, dividers, liners, pads, precision inserts and custom cards. Product restraint, lid clearance and outer-carton protection should be approved as one packout; transport verification can be planned around the final configuration.
Control formed artwork and campaign versions
Special-shaped walls, transitions, curls and lid overlap affect logo placement, fine copy and registration. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing or debossing are reviewed against confirmed artwork-safe areas. Multi-design programs should use an artwork-version matrix, quantities by version and approved sample or color references. Once inputs are stable, Junmei can coordinate production planning around the customer’s annual purchasing cycle. Reorder briefs should retain the approved structure, artwork code, packing version and any agreed inspection references.
Prepare a quote-ready promotional brief
Send component drawings or samples, insert direction, quantity by artwork, finish, target market, packing and delivery schedule. Compare custom promotional tins and special-shaped tin formats, review custom tin solutions, or submit SPS-043 with your RFQ.
