Description

A deep square format for multi-item gifts

SQU-043 measures 170 × 170 × 100 mm externally. The deeper square body can support multi-item gifts, layered confectionery or promotional kits where vertical organization is part of the presentation. The external size does not confirm usable depth, layer spacing or lid clearance; real components, weights and the planned opening sequence are required.

Coordinate insert levels and top clearance

Share each component’s dimensions, weight, orientation and removal order. Junmei can evaluate trays, dividers, liners, pads, cups, precision inserts and custom cards, including multi-level arrangements. Insert walls, finger access, lid engagement and top protection should be approved as one filled packout. Movement, contact points and drop or vibration checks can then be reviewed using defined samples and acceptance criteria.

Protect deep-side artwork and the filled pack

The lid and four deep panels provide substantial storytelling space, but corners, the body seam, curls and lid overlap define safe areas. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and formed details are reviewed on the confirmed dieline. A deeper filled pack can place higher loads on the base and carton, so surface separation, dividers, stacking direction and carton quantity must follow the approved weight and transport plan.

Prepare a quote-ready deep gift brief

Send component drawings or samples, the level and insert plan, quantity by artwork, finish, filled-weight estimate, packing and destination. Compare custom gift tin packaging and deep square tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit SQU-043 with your RFQ.
