Description

A deeper rectangular tin for layered food packs

RE-0080 measures 130 × 95 × 70 mm externally. Its deeper body can support cookies, wrapped chocolate or selected dry products in one or more planned layers. The outside size does not establish piece count, usable depth or internal corner clearance, so the real product dimensions and arrangement are needed before a tray, divider or layer plan is approved.

Define the layers, contact route and headspace

Cookies or chocolate may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, greaseproof paper, cups, tray, liner or divider. Share piece size, wrapping, count, layer sequence and filling method. Junmei can evaluate product movement, lid clearance, top protection and the outer carton, with drop, vibration or sealing checks planned against defined samples and acceptance criteria. The customer or filler confirms final filling and product stability.

Protect formed artwork during loading and transit

Important copy should remain clear of the body seam, formed corners, curls and lid overlap. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic areas and embossing or debossing are reviewed on the approved structure. A deeper filled pack may place different loads on the base, lid and carton, so individual protection, stacking direction and carton quantity must follow the approved packout instead of a generic estimate.

Prepare a quote-ready food-pack brief

Provide product samples, piece dimensions, layer plan, contact method, finish, quantity by artwork, destination and required transport review. Compare custom cookie tin boxes and rectangular tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit RE-0080 with your RFQ.
