JM-COS-001 measures within a 253 × 133 × 53 mm external envelope. Its lip-shaped outline can make the package part of a solid-cosmetic, beauty-kit or promotional concept. The bounding dimensions do not define every internal curve or usable cavity, and the loose products shown in the manufacturing reference are not a fixed packout. Actual components and the final outline must be reviewed together.
Build a precision insert around the product sequence
Provide each cosmetic item or component with its dimensions, weight, orientation and removal order. Junmei can evaluate a product-matched tray, liner, precision insert or custom card, including finger clearance, restraint, top space and lid engagement. Formula compatibility, direct-contact suitability, stability and final product safety remain subject to customer validation with the real formulation and finished pack.
Adapt artwork to a formed special-shaped perimeter
The recognizable lid outline creates branding impact but reduces conventional rectangular safe areas. Curves, formed radii, curls, overlap and perimeter alignment affect fine copy, embossing and registration. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on a formed sample. Artwork codes, approved color references and retained samples support promotional versions and repeat orders.
