Description
A compact round format for pocket-size packs
ROU-004 measures Ø43 × 25 mm externally. Its small circular footprint can suit mints, wrapped candy or compact solid cosmetic pieces where portability and reuse matter. External dimensions do not establish internal diameter, piece count or lid engagement, so the actual contents, loading direction and required finger access must be reviewed before the format is approved.
Confirm piece count, contact route and opening feel
Provide piece dimensions, count, wrapping and the intended contact method. Mints may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or insert. Junmei confirms coating and target-market documents for the project. The existing fit-lid direction is checked on the approved sample for retention, opening action and clearance; no specific closure or fixed opening-cycle claim is inferred from the reference.
Build artwork around a small circular safe area
The round lid gives a centered logo area, while curls, lid overlap and the body seam reduce the usable print zone. Circular copy, fine type and embossed details should follow the confirmed dieline so they remain aligned after forming. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish and metallic effects are reviewed on the formed part, with rub expectations and individual protection matched to pocket use and distribution.
Prepare a quote-ready mint brief
Send the mint or inner-pack dimensions, count, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, market, packing and delivery plan. Compare custom mint tin boxes and round tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit ROU-004 with your RFQ.
