A shallow hinged format for compact mint packs
JM-MNT-002 measures 80 × 50 × 15.5 mm externally. Its shallow rectangular body and attached-lid direction can be evaluated for small mint, candy or branded giveaway programs where repeated access matters. The 15.5 mm outside height makes mint thickness, usable cavity, lid intrusion, top clearance and finger access important. Piece count and fill volume must be established from the actual product.
Evaluate hinge, closure and contact path as one system
The reference shows a hinged lid, but hinge geometry and closure details follow the approved drawing and sample. Junmei can check opening action, lid alignment, closure feel, edge condition and product clearance. The project may use direct contact with an appropriate interior system or an inner pack. Food-contact documents and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the mint and destination market.
Control handling wear and multiple artwork versions
A hinged pack is opened and carried repeatedly, so print placement, hinge areas, curls and lid overlap must be included in the artwork review. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be assessed on formed samples. Junmei can perform agreed opening, fit and surface checks and retain approved references, without publishing a fixed cycle count or absolute abrasion grade.
