Description

A tall special-shaped canister for tea presentation

SPS-014 measures 92 × 92 × 135 mm externally. Its upright non-standard outline can give tea, coffee or gift ranges a distinctive shelf silhouette while retaining useful side-panel space. The bounding dimensions do not establish internal volume or a fixed gram capacity because the formed contour, leaf style, density, settling and inner-pack construction all change the required space.

Confirm fill volume, contact route and lid fit

Provide a tea or coffee sample, target fill volume, bulk-density data or pouch dimensions. Contents may contact a project-selected coating directly or use a foil pouch, sachet, liner or another approved inner pack. Junmei confirms the coating, documents and moisture-protection target for the project. The existing fit-lid direction is checked on the approved sample, while the customer or filling partner normally completes filling and final closure.

Map artwork across changing formed surfaces

Special-shaped side transitions can change the apparent width and alignment of panels, while the seam, curls and lid overlap restrict safe areas. Brand, flavor and regulatory copy should be positioned on the confirmed dieline and reviewed after forming. The tall profile also makes separator spacing, top protection and carton orientation dependent on the approved filled weight and transport route.

Prepare a quote-ready tea canister brief

Send tea or pouch data, fill volume, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, target market, packing and destination. Compare custom tea tin packaging and special-shaped tin canisters, review custom tin development, or submit SPS-014 with your RFQ.
