Description

A narrow spice canister with a shaker-top direction

JM-SPI-001 measures Ø42 × 136 mm externally. The tall narrow body and perforated shaker-top direction can be evaluated for powders, granules or selected whole spices where controlled dispensing and a compact shelf footprint matter. No fixed fill weight is assigned from the outside dimensions because particle size, bulk density, settling and required headspace change the usable packout.

Match the opening pattern to real spice flow

Send spice samples, particle-size range, target dose behavior and fill data. Hole diameter, count, pattern, top component, closure and dust control must be verified together. Spices may contact a project-selected coating directly or use a liner or inner pack. Junmei can supply empty tins or support project-specific filling, packing or assembly when the scope, hygiene controls and responsibilities are confirmed in the order.

Control moisture targets, tall-pack handling and artwork

Lid fit and moisture protection are stated only against an agreed test method and acceptance criteria. The cylindrical body provides a continuous brand panel, but the seam, curvature and top or bottom curls affect registration. CMYK or Pantone printing and finishes are checked on the formed sample. Filled weight and the tall center of gravity determine carton orientation, separators and top support.

Prepare a quote-ready shaker-tin brief

Send spice samples, flow target, fill data, dispensing requirements, packing scope, quantity by artwork, market and destination. Compare custom spice tin containers and round canister formats, review custom tin solutions, or submit JM-SPI-001 with your RFQ.
