A broader round footprint for private-label candles
JM-CDL-003 measures Ø70 × 48 mm externally. Compared with a narrower small vessel, its broader circular footprint gives a different starting point for candle presentation, wick planning and lid artwork. It can be evaluated for private-label, seasonal or gift ranges, but no fixed wax weight follows from the outside dimensions. Usable fill, wax-pool geometry and headspace depend on the actual formulation and structure.
Use finished-candle samples to approve performance
Junmei can provide empty tins and send samples to the customer or candle factory. Confirm wax and fragrance system, wick type and layout, fill line, lid clearance, interior-surface interface and opening feel. The customer or candle factory remains responsible for formula compatibility and final burn and heat-safety validation with the finished candle. Project-specific criteria should be agreed before approval.
Register round graphics and protect the finish
The broad lid supports circular branding, while body curvature, seams, curls and overlap define print-safe zones. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on the formed sample. Individual protection, carton separators, orientation and any filled-pack drop or vibration checks should follow the approved finish, final weight and distribution route.
