Description
A broader round canister for coffee access
ROU-039 has external dimensions of Ø85 × 150 mm. Compared with a narrower canister, the broader diameter may give more opening access for a scoop or inner pouch, while retaining an upright shelf profile. This is a selection consideration, not a capacity claim: actual internal diameter, usable height, coffee weight and scoop clearance must be checked against the approved structure and real packout.
Size from coffee data instead of a gram label
Share the coffee sample, target fill volume, bulk density or pouch and scoop dimensions. Beans or ground coffee may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or another custom inner pack. Junmei confirms the contact route, coating, lid fit and market documents. The customer or filling partner completes coffee filling, nitrogen flushing, vacuum processing or final seaming after the empty tins are delivered.
Plan the circular label face and transport support
Wraparound graphics must account for the body seam, curvature, lid overlap and how the front panel is presented on shelf. Pantone or CMYK printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing are reviewed on the formed sample. The canister height and approved filled weight determine separator spacing, top protection and carton orientation; no generic stacking or freight figure is assigned before the packout is known.
Prepare a quote-ready canister brief
Provide coffee or pouch data, access and scoop needs, contact route, quantity by design, finish, customer filling process, packing and destination. Compare custom coffee tin packaging and round coffee canisters, review custom tin development, or submit ROU-039 with your RFQ.
