Description

A round confectionery tin with gift-pack potential

ROU-077 measures Ø135 × 68 mm externally and uses a slip-lid direction. Its moderate diameter and depth can support candy, small cookies or a mixed gift presentation while giving the lid a strong central branding area. The listed dimensions do not establish candy count, usable depth or the space taken by a tray or inner pack.

Choose the contact and restraint system from the contents

Provide piece dimensions, target count or fill volume and whether products are wrapped. Candy may use direct contact with a project-selected coating or an inner bag, liner, paper, cups, tray, divider or insert. Junmei can evaluate headspace, lid clearance and transport restraint; test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed when sealing, drop or vibration verification is required.

Approve slip-lid fit and circular artwork

The slip lid is checked for engagement and opening experience on the approved sample. Circular graphics should account for the body seam, lid overlap, curls and any central embossing or debossing. For flavor, retailer or seasonal versions, artwork codes, quantities and approved color references support controlled repeat orders. Inner components should not interfere with lid seating after filling or transit.

Prepare a quote-ready candy brief

Send the product sample, piece data, contact route, inner-pack plan, finish, quantity by artwork, market and delivery requirements. Compare custom candy tins and round tin boxes, review custom tin development, or submit ROU-077 with your RFQ.
