A large square format for gift and food campaigns
JM-PRO-003 measures 185 mm per side × 123 mm high externally. The broad lid, four equal faces and substantial height can support food assortments, holiday gifts or branded campaign packs. The pictured contents and graphics are references rather than a fixed program. Usable cavity, product count, layer arrangement and filled weight depend on the actual packout and any inner packaging.
Design layers, dividers and product removal together
Junmei can assess trays, dividers, liners, precision inserts, custom cards, multi-layer arrangement and top clearance from product samples or drawings. Lid engagement, packout restraint, center of gravity, filled handling and carton protection should be approved as one system. For food campaigns, direct contact, inner packs, coating and documents are confirmed for the real contents and market.
Control four-face artwork and annual repeat orders
The lid and four body panels create a coordinated graphic system, while corners, curls and lid overlap affect safe zones and panel transitions. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on formed samples. Junmei can manage artwork codes, retained references and capacity planning around an annual purchasing cycle; timing remains project-specific.
