Description

A slim upright format for chocolate presentation

RE-0010 has external dimensions of 63 × 42 × 120 mm. Its narrow upright proportions can support individually wrapped chocolate pieces, candy or a compact gift presentation where a tall front panel is useful. The external dimensions do not define piece count, internal corners or usable stacking height, so the proposed arrangement must be tested with the actual products and inner packaging.

Build the packout around product stability

Provide piece dimensions, wrapping, count, stacking direction and the expected headspace. Chocolate may use direct contact with a project-selected coating or an inner bag, paper, liner, tray or insert. Junmei can review product restraint, top protection and carton orientation; the customer or filler remains responsible for chocolate temperature control and final product stability. The existing fit lid is confirmed against the approved sample rather than described as an unverified specific closure.

Use the tall panels without losing registration

The narrow front and side panels can separate brand, flavor and compliance information, but the body seam, formed corners, curls and lid overlap reduce safe print areas. Artwork should be placed on the confirmed dieline. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing or debossing are reviewed with the forming direction, while multi-flavor programs use controlled artwork codes and quantities by version.

Prepare a quote-ready chocolate brief

Send product samples or dimensions, the stacking plan, contact route, inner pack, finish, quantity by version, destination and timing. Compare custom chocolate tin packaging and rectangular tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit RE-0010 with your RFQ.
