A tall square format for selected dry products
SQU-018 has external dimensions of 80 × 80 × 150 mm. The upright square format can support tea, cookies, dry foods, ingredients or gift contents when the filled product and inner pack are compatible with the structure. It is not presented for liquids or pressure applications. External size does not confirm volume, internal clearance or filled stability, so actual product data is required.
Confirm fill, contact and storage behavior
Share the product sample, target fill volume, density or inner-pack dimensions, plus the intended filling and cleaning guidance. Contents may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner, paper, tray or insert. Junmei can review lid fit, moisture-protection targets, stacking and nesting where applicable. The customer or filler confirms final product compatibility, filling and consumer-use instructions for the completed pack.
Manage upright artwork and carton stability
Four tall panels can organize product, brand and regulatory information, while corners, seam placement, curls and lid overlap define safe areas. Printing and finish are reviewed on the formed part. Because the height affects center of gravity and handling, carton orientation, dividers, top protection and stacking should be confirmed from the approved filled weight and transport route rather than an empty-tin assumption.
