Description
A compact rounded format for small chocolate gifts
JM-CHO-002 is source-recorded at a 116 × 80 × 70 mm external envelope. Its rounded presentation can suit wrapped chocolates, a compact assortment or an insert-led promotional gift. Because the perimeter is not a simple rectangular cavity, usable internal length, width and corner space must be verified on the approved drawing and sample; the external envelope alone does not determine piece count or net weight.
Design the cavity around product removal and headspace
Chocolate may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner, paper, tray, cup or insert. Provide chocolates, wrapping and the desired arrangement so cavity clearances, finger access, insert removal, top protection and lid engagement can be reviewed. Temperature control, product stability and final shelf-life remain with the customer or filling partner. Filled-pack transport validation follows the agreed project configuration.
Adapt artwork to the formed rounded perimeter
The lid is the primary brand face, while the curved perimeter, lid overlap, curls and body seam limit fine-copy placement. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on a formed sample. Multiple seasonal or flavor versions need an artwork matrix, quantity by version and approved color or retained-sample references to support later repeat orders.
Prepare a quote-ready compact-pack brief
Send chocolates or insert drawings, target arrangement, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, market, packing and destination. Compare custom chocolate tins and rounded tin formats, review custom tin solutions, or submit JM-CHO-002 with your RFQ.
The source size is an external envelope; final geometry and usable cavity follow the approved drawing, sample and order confirmation.
