Description

A slender round canister for coffee ranges

ROU-026 measures Ø74 × 153 mm externally. Its tall, narrow profile can suit coffee beans, ground coffee, tea or a prepared inner pouch while giving the brand a strong upright shelf presence. Net weight cannot be calculated from the outside size because roast, grind, bulk density, settling and pouch construction change the required internal volume and headspace.

Confirm fill data, contact route and customer filling

Provide coffee samples, target fill volume, bulk-density information or inner-bag dimensions. Coffee may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or other approved inner pack. Junmei confirms the coating, lid-fit target and supporting documents for the intended market. Junmei normally supplies empty tins; nitrogen flushing, vacuum processing, seaming and coffee filling are completed by the customer or filling partner.

Control wraparound artwork and upright stability

A cylindrical body avoids corners but introduces a body seam, circumferential registration and lid-overlap limits. Front-facing artwork, fine copy and embossing should be positioned on the approved dieline and checked after forming. The high center of gravity also makes carton orientation, separators, top protection and stacking dependent on the approved filled weight and transport route, rather than an empty-tin estimate.

Prepare a quote-ready coffee brief

Send coffee or pouch samples, fill volume or density, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, filling interface, packing and destination. Compare custom coffee tin boxes and tall round tin canisters, review custom tin development, or submit ROU-026 with your RFQ.
