Description
A large upright coffee canister with closure hardware
JM-COF-001 measures Ø120 × 247 mm externally. Its tall cylindrical body and clamp/lever closure direction create a substantial reusable pack for coffee beans, ground coffee or an inner pouch. The format must be selected from fill volume and handling needs rather than a generic gram claim because roast, grind, density and settling change the required space.
Review coffee fill data and the customer’s processing route
Provide coffee samples, target fill volume, bulk density or inner-bag dimensions. Coffee may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag or liner. Junmei normally supplies the approved empty tin; nitrogen flushing, vacuum processing, filling and final line closure are completed by the customer or filling partner. A one-way degassing valve is not standard and would require separate tooling and engineering review.
Verify the clamp assembly and filled-pack transport
The hardware, hinge points, lid engagement, side clearance and sealing target are approved on the sample. The external fittings also affect labeling, carton separators and abrasion protection. The tall filled pack’s center of gravity, gross weight, carton orientation and top support should be evaluated with the actual coffee packout. Printing and finish controls account for the body seam and hardware handling zones.
Prepare a quote-ready clamp-canister brief
Send coffee or pouch data, fill volume, closure target, quantity by artwork, finish, customer filling process, packing and destination. Compare custom coffee tins and round canister formats, review custom tin development, or submit JM-COF-001 with your RFQ.
