SPS-029 has external dimensions of 122 × 85 × 215 mm. Its height and special-shaped footprint can create a prominent branded pack for products, gift components or campaign kits. The outside dimensions do not confirm usable internal contour, component fit or filled stability, so actual samples, weights and the intended opening and display direction are required before approval.
Engineer the insert and center of gravity
Provide every component’s dimensions, weight, orientation and removal order. Junmei can evaluate trays, dividers, liners, pads, precision inserts and custom cards, including multi-level arrangements. The insert, existing fit lid, top clearance and base support are tested as one packout. A tall filled pack may need additional carton dividers or orientation controls, determined from the approved weight and transport route.
Plan formed artwork and campaign versions early
Tall changing surfaces can provide strong front-facing graphics but also create transitions where fine copy, borders or embossing may distort. Artwork should follow the confirmed tooling drawing and safe areas. Multiple markets, retailers or campaign phases use an artwork matrix, quantities by version and retained color or sample references.
