Description

A broad shallow format for chocolate assortments

RE-0141 has external dimensions of 190 × 135 × 38 mm. The broad lid and shallow body can support a visible piece grid, a single-layer chocolate presentation or a mixed seasonal assortment. Outside dimensions do not establish cavity size, piece count or tray depth, so the actual product geometry and intended arrangement must be reviewed before finalizing the pack.

Match the tray and top clearance to the pieces

Provide piece dimensions, wrapping, count and the proposed row pattern. Chocolate may use direct contact with a project-selected coating or an inner bag, paper, cups, tray or liner. Junmei can evaluate tray pockets, divider position, headspace and top protection. Temperature control and final chocolate stability remain with the customer or filler, while transport tests are planned around the approved filled configuration and defined acceptance criteria.

Use the broad lid for controlled seasonal design

The lid offers a strong display area, but formed corners, curls, seam placement and lid overlap define artwork-safe zones. Printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing or debossing should be reviewed on the confirmed dieline and formed sample. Multiple flavors, retailers or seasonal designs require an artwork matrix, quantities by version and approved color or sample references for repeat-order control.

Prepare a quote-ready chocolate assortment

Send product samples, the piece grid, contact route, tray concept, quantity by design, finish, destination and required timing. Compare custom chocolate tins and rectangular tin boxes, review custom tin development, or submit RE-0141 with your RFQ.
