An octagonal tin for distinctive gift presentation
SPS-021 has external dimensions of 105 × 105 × 70 mm and a custom-fit lid matched to the octagonal body. The eight-sided form can support cosmetic pieces, confectionery, branded objects or compact gift sets where the package silhouette contributes to shelf recognition. Internal space and lid clearance must be verified with the actual contents and insert.
Coordinate the component layout and insert geometry
Share every component’s dimensions, weight, orientation and removal sequence. Junmei can evaluate trays, dividers, liners, pads, precision inserts and custom cards. Insert walls, finger notches and top clearance should be checked against the faceted body and lid engagement. Packing protection is then developed around the approved filled configuration. If components have different finishes or fragile surfaces, contact points and movement during transport must be included in the insert review.
Adapt artwork to eight formed panels
Faceted side panels create useful storytelling zones but also introduce corners where flat artwork changes direction. Important copy, logos, fine registration and embossing should stay within approved safe areas around the panel transitions, curls and lid overlap. Multiple campaign versions can be controlled through artwork codes, approved samples and quantities by version.
