Description
A square format for cookie and candy assortments
SQU-042 measures 170 × 170 × 60 mm externally and uses a removable-lid direction. The square footprint can support balanced rows, central presentation or a divided confectionery assortment. Outside dimensions do not establish piece count, internal depth or layer clearance, so the real products and intended arrangement are required.
Define layers, contact materials and headspace
Cookies and candy can use direct contact with a project-selected coating or an inner bag, greaseproof paper, cups, tray, liner or divider. Share piece dimensions, wrapping, count and the planned single- or multi-layer layout. Junmei can evaluate product movement, lid clearance, top protection and the outer carton, with project-specific drop, vibration or sealing checks when required. The customer’s filling sequence should be reviewed so trays and layers can be loaded without damaging the product or printed finish.
Control square-panel artwork and repeat versions
The lid offers a strong central design area, while corners, curls, side-panel transitions and lid overlap determine artwork-safe zones. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic areas and embossed details are reviewed on the formed structure. Seasonal, flavor or retailer versions should use an artwork matrix and approved sample or color reference for batch consistency.
Prepare a quote-ready assortment brief
Provide product samples, piece sizes, layout, contact route, finish, quantity by version, target market and delivery plan. Compare custom cookie tins and square tin formats, review custom tin options, or submit SQU-042 with your RFQ.
