Description

A practical rectangular tin for cookies and assortments

RE-0101 measures 150 × 100 × 50 mm externally and provides a defined rectangular footprint for cookies, chocolates and compact gift assortments. The flat panels support structured artwork and label hierarchy. Final cookie count cannot be inferred from the outside dimensions: usable internal space, product clearance and lid engagement must be checked with actual pieces, drawings or an approved model.

Define the layer, contact route and transport packout

Provide cookie dimensions, count, wrapping and the intended row or layer arrangement. Direct contact, an inner bag, greaseproof paper, cups, trays, liners or dividers can be evaluated for the product and market. Headspace should allow reliable closure without product damage. Where required, Junmei can plan project-specific drop, vibration or sealing checks for the approved tin, inner pack and carton configuration.

Confirm closure details and repeat-order artwork

The current format uses a fit-lid direction; the final lid construction and opening experience are verified before quotation and sampling. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic areas and embossing or debossing are reviewed against formed edges and handling points. Seasonal or flavor versions should use a version matrix, approved artwork and retained color reference for production comparison.

Prepare a quote-ready brief

Send the cookie or product sample, piece dimensions, layout, contact method, finish, quantity by design, market and delivery plan. Compare custom cookie tin boxes and rectangular tin formats, review custom tin options, or send RE-0101 with your RFQ.
