Description
A shallow rectangular format for cosmetic palettes
JM-COS-002 measures 177 × 102 × 15 mm externally. The shallow rectangular layout can be evaluated for a solid-cosmetic palette, coordinated beauty components or a slim gift kit. At only 15 mm external height, product thickness, tray wall, lid clearance and assembly tolerances are central decisions. The image shows hinge, mirror and compartment directions, not an unconditional component specification.
Coordinate tray depth, components and product removal
Send product pans or components, drawings, weights, orientation and removal sequence. Junmei can evaluate a precision tray or insert together with finger access, component restraint, mirror direction, hinge, closure and top clearance. Formula compatibility, direct-contact suitability, stability and final product safety are validated by the customer with the actual formulation. Selected component materials and assembly criteria must be stated in the approved specification.
Control flatness, registration and finish handling
Broad shallow panels support structured graphics, but formed corners, hinge areas, curls and lid overlap affect safe copy and registration. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on the formed sample. Component alignment, opening action, panel appearance and finish protection should be included in the project control plan, with retained samples supporting repeat production.
Prepare a quote-ready palette brief
Send product or pan drawings, tray and mirror direction, formula category, finish, quantity by artwork, testing plan, packing and destination. Compare custom cosmetic tins and rectangular tin formats, review custom tin development, or submit JM-COS-002 with your RFQ.
The hinge, mirror and tray shown are project directions. Final components and specifications follow the approved drawing, sample and order confirmation.
