Description
A large presentation tin for substantial chocolate assortments
JM-CHO-003 measures 300 × 180 × 105 mm externally. The broad rectangular layout and 105 mm height can be evaluated for multi-piece assortments, trays, dividers or multiple layers. It is not assigned a fixed count or net weight: chocolate dimensions, wrapping, tray walls, layer height, removal method and required top clearance determine the usable packout.
Engineer every layer for access and protection
Chocolate may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner, paper, cups, trays, dividers or inserts. Junmei can review layer spacing, headspace, product movement and top protection using customer samples or drawings. Temperature control, formula stability and shelf-life validation remain with the customer or filling partner. Drop or vibration checks and carton support should use the approved filled weight and final configuration.
Manage large panels, corners and multiple artworks
The lid offers a large visual field, while rounded corners, side transitions, curls, lid overlap and the body seam affect safe copy and registration. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic areas and embossing can be assessed on the formed sample. Seasonal, retailer or flavor variants require controlled artwork codes, quantities by version and retained samples or color references for repeat production.
