Description
A low-profile rectangular tin for pocket packs
RE-0006 measures 60 × 34 × 10 mm externally. The compact footprint can suit mints, small solid cosmetic pieces or promotional samples where portability and a reusable metal pack matter. The outside size does not establish internal clearance, piece count or lid engagement, so the actual contents and intended packout must be checked before the format is approved.
Confirm piece count, contact route and opening action
Share mint dimensions, count, wrapping and the preferred loading direction. Mints may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or insert. Junmei confirms the contact route, coating and target-market documents for the project. The existing fit-lid direction is verified by drawing and sample, including opening feel, retention and clearance; no specific lid construction is assumed from the reference images.
Protect small-format artwork through handling
A small tin concentrates logos, mandatory copy and artwork near formed edges, curls and the lid overlap. Safe areas should be set on the confirmed dieline, while Pantone or CMYK printing, varnish and metallic effects are reviewed on the formed part. Pocket handling can increase rubbing, so finish expectations, individual protection and carton orientation should be agreed against the intended distribution route.
Prepare a quote-ready mint brief
Send the mint or inner-pack size, count, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, market and delivery plan. Compare custom mint tin formats and rectangular tin boxes, review custom tin development, or submit RE-0006 with your RFQ.
