A square tea format with four branding panels
JM-TEA-003 is recorded at 115 mm side × 128 mm high externally. Its square footprint supports aligned shelf presentation, efficient case layouts and four distinct graphic panels. It can be evaluated for loose-leaf tea, sachets or a tea gift program, but usable internal dimensions and net weight must be confirmed from the approved structure and actual contents.
Evaluate the inner-lid presentation as a complete system
The manufacturing reference shows an outer square lid with an inner-lid direction. Final component count, engagement, removal clearance and sealing target are confirmed before quotation. Tea may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or sachet. Provide tea or pouch data so fill volume, headspace and the customer’s filling sequence can be checked together.
Control corners, panel transitions and color references
Important copy should remain clear of formed corners, curls, lid overlap and the body seam. The four panels can carry a coordinated story or separate product information, while the lid provides the primary brand face. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic areas and embossing are reviewed on the formed sample. Retained samples and artwork codes support repeat-order color and version control.
