Description

A tall square canister for tea packaging

SQU-026 has external dimensions of 100 × 100 × 125 mm and a plug-lid direction. Its square footprint supports aligned shelf presentation and four defined branding panels for loose-leaf tea, coffee or selected dry foods. Net weight is not a reliable capacity measure because leaf style, roast, grind and settling behavior change the required volume.

Evaluate fill volume and the contact route with real inputs

Share a product sample, target fill volume, bulk-density information or inner-pouch dimensions. Tea or coffee may use direct contact with a project-selected coating, an inner bag, sachet, liner or another approved inner pack. Junmei confirms coating and supporting documents for the intended contents and market; the customer or filler normally completes filling and final closure.

Approve plug-lid fit, moisture target and panel artwork

The plug lid can be reviewed for fit and opening experience on the approved structure. A moisture-protection or airtight statement requires a defined test and acceptance criteria. Artwork should account for the four corners, body seam, curls and lid engagement. Carton orientation and stacking are confirmed from the approved dimensions and packing plan. Any scoop, insert or inner lid must also preserve filling and lid clearance.

Prepare a quote-ready tea brief

Send tea or coffee samples, fill data, contact method, quantity by artwork, finish, target market, packing and destination. Compare custom tea tins and square tin boxes, review custom tin development, or submit SQU-026 with your RFQ.
