Description

A compact round tin for coffee and tea

ROU-061 has external dimensions of Ø100 × 99 mm and a plug-lid direction. The round body provides a continuous graphic surface for coffee beans, ground coffee, tea or dry-product inner packs. Published net weights such as 100 g or 250 g cannot be assigned without the actual product because density, settling and inner-pack dimensions vary.

Confirm capacity and the customer’s filling route

Share coffee or tea samples, target fill volume, bulk density or pouch dimensions. The contents may contact a project-selected tin coating directly or use an inner bag, liner or other inner packaging. Junmei supplies the approved empty tin; nitrogen flushing, vacuum processing, final filling and line sealing are normally handled by the customer or filling partner.

Review the plug lid and round-body artwork

Plug-lid fit, opening experience and a project-specific moisture target can be checked on the approved structure. Airtight performance is only stated against a defined test and acceptance criteria. Artwork must account for the body seam, curls and lid overlap; important copy and fine registration should remain in confirmed safe areas around the circumference. Scoop or insert concepts also require a clearance check with the selected lid.

Prepare a quote-ready coffee brief

Provide the product or pouch, fill data, contact route, quantity by artwork, finish, market, packing and destination. Compare custom coffee tins and round tin formats, review custom tin solutions, or submit ROU-061 with your RFQ.
