A shallow round format for small confectionery packs
JM-CAN-001 measures Ø91 × 20 mm externally. The compact profile can support small wrapped candy, mints, sampling programs or an insert-led promotional pack where portability and a strong printed lid matter. The 20 mm outside height makes clearance critical; finished product height, wrapping, insert depth and lid engagement must be reviewed before a piece count or packout is approved.
Use the insert only after testing real removal clearance
The manufacturing image shows an insert as one possible direction, not a fixed component specification. Candy may contact a project-selected coating directly or use an inner bag, liner, paper, tray, cup or insert. Provide product and insert drawings so cavity fit, finger access, top protection, movement and opening feel can be checked. Sealing or moisture performance is stated only against an agreed method and acceptance criteria.
Protect the broad lid graphics from handling wear
The lid provides the main branding area, while its curved edge, overlap and curls define artwork safe zones. CMYK or Pantone printing, varnish, metallic effects and embossing can be reviewed on the formed sample. Individual protection should reflect the finish and the customer’s filling process. Artwork codes, color references and retained samples can support flavor, campaign and repeat-order control.
